Funding & Oversight
Renovation projects are funded through:

- Board-approved financing-PNC Bond- $ 11,745,00 million
- The bond amount was higher than construction costs because it included capitalized interest to assist with early bond payments.
Funds are restricted to approved purposes and cannot be used for salaries.
All projects follow public bidding and approval requirements.
Student Safety
Student safety is prioritized during all construction activities through:
- Secured work zones
- Scheduled construction outside instructional hours when possible
- Ongoing safety monitoring
- The majority of the work was completed when students weren’t here in the summer time.
