The Monessen Athletic Department will hold our All-Sports Banquet on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM at St. Spyridon’s. The Monessen Athletic Department will pay for all players, coaches, administrators, and board members to attend the banquet. Forms were mailed out to student-athletes who are eligible to attend on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Please note - Failure to return this form with the correct information will result in you or your child’s name not being placed on the Reservation List at the door. If your name is not on the Reservation List, you will be unable to enter the banquet.
If you would like to attend the banquet with your child, it will cost $30 per person. Please complete the form and return it to Ms. Naccarato with money or a check by Monday, May 11, 2026. If your child will be attending the banquet without guests, please return this form with only your child’s name so we can plan meals accordingly. Each student-athlete will be limited to four guests.
Make checks payable to Monessen School District for the total number of guests attending the banquet. FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE TO ATTEND THE BANQUET. Please have your child bring the payment & form directly to Ms. Naccarato's office. If she is not in her office, please leave it in my mailbox in the Main Office or give it to Miss Damara. There will be a Reservation List at the door. If you do not return this paper and pay in advance for the banquet, you will not be permitted to attend the banquet.
